2023 Company Recap
I went back and forth with how I would start this blog post.
Entrepreneurship is not new to me, but being a full-time entrepreneur is definitely a shift. This current season impacts both business and me personally. So I’m going to include both introductions because, quite honestly, this company is naturally part of the fiber of my being.
And because I have created a space that works for my business model this company recap won’t be the dense annual report I was use to in corporate. Yet, consider this a brief. These are highlights that my audience are attracted to and you as the reader can easily digest even if you’re new to project management.
With that said here’s how 2023 went:
Business
1 Conference - strategy, planning and execution of a 3-day conference with over 100 people
1 Client Team Retreat - facilitation and support of a team retreat planning out 2024 calendar and launches
1 Business Award - we received an entrepreneur award from Grown Woman TV Network for impact in the business community
4 Speaking - if you need a speaker on the topic of project management and operations, click here
6 Product Launches - the launches ranged from online coaching programs to network releases. these launches helped clients bring in five to seven-figures in revenue. we are beyond proud! happy to work have worked with new and returning clients.

Every day, I thank God for giving me the vision and being obedient to this current season of life
