2025 Wrapped — A Year of Depth, Scale & $1.5M Later

2025 was a year of intentional growth, not just in volume, but in depth. From executive education to high-stakes execution, every decision was rooted in alignment, capacity, and long-term vision. I didn’t just stay busy; I stayed focused.

A major milestone this year was completing the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women in Business program. Showing up consistently alongside a powerful cohort of founders and CEOs sharpened my perspective and expanded how I think about scale, leadership, and responsibility. At the same time, I leaned into more intimate spaces; hosting private dinners, coffee meetups, and invite-only conversations across cities like New Orleans, New York, and Lisbon. These smaller rooms created space for honest dialogue, mentorship, and real-time strategy.

2025 was also a year of visibility paired with execution.

From managing logistics for a major Nasdaq event with WeAreILL to stepping into national media alongside Women of Project Management, the work behind the scenes mattered just as much as the moment on stage. As COO of WOPM, helping bring the annual conference to life reaffirmed why this work is deeply personal; creating rooms where Black women project managers can see themselves reflected in leadership.

The year closed with scale. Over 12 successfully executed projects, more than $1.5M in combined budgets, and work spanning five cities. These weren’t just wins; they were partnerships built on trust, structure, and delivery. 2025 reminded me that sustainable success isn’t loud. It’s intentional, well-executed, and deeply rooted in purpose.
