1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting an application for The Operator Impact Grant (“the Grant”), you (“Applicant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Grant Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not submit an application.
2. Grant Overview
The Operator Impact Grant is a quarterly grant program that awards $1,000 USD to one eligible business per grant cycle. The Grant is intended to support operators, consultants, and service-based business owners through non-repayable funding.
The Grant is not a loan, does not require repayment, and does not require equity.
The Grant is powered by PM Boss Academy but operates as a standalone initiative.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to apply, Applicants must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be a U.S.-based business owner or founder
Operate a service-based business, consultancy, or professional practice
Have been in business for two (2) years or more at the time of application
Submit a complete application during an open grant cycle
Pay the required $15 non-refundable application fee
Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee selection.
4. Application Fee
A $15 USD application fee is required for each submission.
The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of application outcome.
Payment of the application fee does not influence selection.
Fees are used to support administrative processing, deter spam and/or bots, application review, and program operations.
5. Application Review & Selection
Applications are reviewed by a selection committee using a standardized evaluation process.
Selection is based on factors including, but not limited to: clarity of business model, readiness to execute, alignment with grant purpose, and intended use of funds.
All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
The Grant reserves the sole discretion to determine recipients.
6. Grant Award & Funding
One recipient is selected per grant cycle unless otherwise stated.
Grant recipients are announced publicly unless a written request for confidentiality is submitted.
Funds are disbursed within 30 days of the official award announcement, contingent upon completion of verification requirements.
Failure to complete required verification may result in forfeiture of the grant.
7. Use of Grant Funds
Grant funds must be used for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:
Business tools or software
Professional development or certifications
Marketing or visibility investments
Operational systems or infrastructure
Grant funds may not be used for:
Personal expenses
Debt repayment
Ongoing payroll obligations
Illegal or unethical activities
The Grant does not monitor or control how funds are spent and is not responsible for the outcomes of fund usage.
8. Representations & Accuracy
By submitting an application, the Applicant represents that:
All information provided is true and accurate
Misrepresentation or falsification may result in disqualification or revocation of the grant
The Grant reserves the right to verify information provided
9. Publicity & Communications
Grant recipients may be invited (but not required) to:
Provide a testimonial or quote
Participate in a feature or announcement
Participation in additional promotional activities is voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. No Guarantee of Results
The Grant makes no guarantees regarding:
Business growth
Revenue outcomes
Success resulting from grant funding
Receipt of grant funds does not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Operator Impact Grant and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Grant.
Liability is limited to the amount of the application fee paid.
12. Disqualification & Termination
The Grant reserves the right to:
Disqualify applications that violate these Terms
Disqualify Applicants who engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct
Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Grant at any time
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
The Grant may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
