What Happened at Offsite
This past weekend, we hosted PM Boss Offsite and I’m still processing how powerful it was.
We gathered in one room with one clear promise: radical honesty, strategic pricing, and community that multiplies results. No highlight reels or performative spaces. Just truth about what it actually costs to build a consultancy.
We talked about the patterns that quietly drain consultants:
⚫️Charging for time instead of transformation.
⚫️Over-customizing.
⚫️Weak boundaries.
⚫️Fear-based pricing.
Then we corrected them in real time.
During our Business Audit workshop alone, attendees built and refined offers that mapped to a minimum collective of $84,000+ in annual revenue potential and that was on the conservative side. More importantly, they left with pricing clarity and structured packages that allow them to pursue clients from confidence, not scarcity.
The other highlight was watching women pray together before we started. Watching leaders admit what wasn’t working. Watching isolation dissolve into strategy.
Community is not for motivation. Community is for leverage.
