Operator Impact Grant Announces 2026 Biannual Funding Program for BIPOC Service-Based Business Owners

Atlanta, GA — February 11, 2026 — The Operator Impact Grant announced today the launch of its 2026 biannual funding program, designed to support BIPOC service-based business owners and consultants who are building sustainable, execution-focused businesses.

The Operator Impact Grant awards $1,000 in non-repayable funding twice per year to eligible U.S.-based, for-profit service businesses that have been operating for two years or more. The initiative prioritizes leaders who actively manage projects, systems, and client delivery within their businesses and provides flexible capital to support operational growth.

“Many business leaders are doing meaningful, high-impact work, but face systemic barriers to accessing flexible funding,” said Nicole Jones, creator of the Operator Impact Grant. “This grant is designed to fund momentum and provide direct support to operators who are committed to building long-term, sustainable businesses.”
