The Operator Impact Grant is a quarterly $1,000 grant designed to support operators, consultants, and service-based business owners who are building sustainable businesses through execution—not hype.
We believe the people who run the work often have the clearest vision and the least access to flexible capital. This grant exists to remove friction, fund momentum, and spotlight operators who are actively investing in systems, structure, and long-term growth.
The Operator Impact Grant is not a loan and does not require repayment. Our goal is simple: provide catalytic capital to builders who are ready to move their business forward.

HOW IT WORKS
Apply During the Open Grant Window
Applications are open quarterly and submitted through our secure online application. A $15 administrative fee is required to help cover processing costs and reduce spam or duplicate submissions.Application Review & Selection
Applications are reviewed by a selection committee using a standardized evaluation rubric. We assess clarity of vision, readiness to execute, and how the grant funds will be used to support business growth.Grant Recipient Announcement
One grant recipient is selected each quarter. Award announcements are made publicly, and recipients are notified directly via email.Funds Disbursement
Grant funds are disbursed within 30 days of the award announcement via electronic payment.

GRANT ELIGIBILITY FOR BUSINESSES
To be eligible for The Operator Impact Grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a U.S.-based business owner or founder
Operate a service-based business, consultancy, or professional practice
Have been in business for two (2) years or more
Demonstrate a clear plan for how the $1,000 grant will be used to support business growth
Be willing to share their experience if selected (e.g., testimonial, optional visibility feature)
Eligible business structures include:
Sole Proprietors
Single-Member or Multi-Member LLCs
Partnerships
Small Corporations
The Operator Impact Grant does not fund:
Personal expenses unrelated to business operations
Debt repayment
Ongoing payroll obligations
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. All decisions made by the review committee are final.
The admin fee helps cover the costs of processing applications and to deter spam or false applications. Admin fee is in USD and will appear on your statement from The PM Suite.
